چکیده
Interfacially asymmetric magnetic multilayers made of heavy metal/ferromagnet have attracted considerable attention in the spintronics community for accommodating spin-orbit torques (SOTs) and meanwhile hosting chiral spin textures. In these multilayers, accompanied interfacial Dzyaloshinskii–Moriya interaction (iDMI) permits formation Néel-type While significant progresses been Co, CoFeB, Co2FeAl, CoFeGd based it would be intriguing to identify new that could enable spin-torque controllability host nanoscale skyrmions. this report, first, thin films permanent magnet SmCo5 with perpendicular anisotropy are synthesized, which deterministic SOT switching, enabled by Hall effect, Pt/SmCo5/Ta trilayer is demonstrated. Further, stabilization room-temperature skyrmions diameters ≈100 nm [Pt/SmCo5/Ta]15, together a skyrmionium-like texture [Pt/SmCo5/Ir]15 shown. Based on material specific parameters, micromagnetic simulations also carried out. The results confirm presence textures family. Through engineering, thus demonstrate rare earth magnets platform studying spintronics.

A chiral-based magnetic memory device without a permanent magnet
Several technologies are currently in use for computer memory devices. However, there is a need for a universal memory device that has high density, high speed and low power requirements. To this end, various types of magnetic-based technologies with a permanent magnet have been proposed. Recent charge-transfer studies indicate that chiral molecules act as an efficient spin filter. Here we util...
متن کاملAtom probe study on the bulk nanocomposite SmCo/Fe permanent magnet produced by ball-milling and warm compaction
The microstructure and compositions of the bulk nanocomposite SmCo/Fe permanent magnet were studied using transmission electron microscopy and 3-dimensional atom probe techniques. The excellent magnetic properties were related to the uniform nanocomposite structure with nanometer a-Fe particles uniformly distributed in the SmCo phase matrix. The a-Fe phase contained 26 at% Co, and the SmCo phas...
متن کاملA New Hunting Control Method for Permanent Magnet Hysteresis Motors
Hunting is a flutter associated with the synchronous speed that gives rise to the gyro drifting errors and may cause objectionable time-displacement errors in video head wheel drives and other precision scanning systems. In this paper, dynamic characteristics of permanent Magnet hysteresis motors are presented and hunting is explained. New damping techniques have been developed using optimi...
متن کاملBrushless Permanent Magnet Servomotors
Electrical motors drive a variety of loads in today’s world. Almost every industrial process relies on some kind of electrical motors and generators. There exist billions electric motors used in different applications all over the world. Majority of them are small fractional HP motors use in household appliances. However, they used about 5% of the electricity used by the motors. Three phase mot...
متن کاملControlled Permanent Magnet Drives
The considered converter-fed permanent magnet motor could alternatively be operated in two basically different states − the vector control mode or alternatively the brushless dc, also known as electronically commutated mode. Several quality aspects concerning the system performance have been comparatively investigated in practical as well as theoretical manner. Focus is thereby given to the num...
